This update improves stress tracking reliability and accuracy: The app now better identifies the data source: Apple Watch or Apple Health. The baseline model learns only from high-quality calm measurements, so elevated stress is less likely to become the “normal” baseline. Missed measurement reminders are less noisy: after one reminder, the app will wait until the next day. Improved Apple Health permission flow and permission text. Made charts and notifications more stable. Fixed minor Apple Watch sync issues.
