Your safe, documented. Every firearm, serial number, receipt photo and tax stamp — organized, private, and ready the day you actually need it: an insurance claim, an estate, a stop at the range.
NFA DONE PROPERLY
Form 1 and Form 4, submitted and approved dates, control numbers, individual versus trust ownership with the trust name, and suppressors mapped to their host firearm. Not a checkbox labeled "NFA" — the whole paperwork trail, documented the way a stamp actually exists.
CARRY LICENSES & TRAINING
Track CCW licenses with issue and expiry dates, issuing authority, restrictions, and photos of the card itself. Keep your training certificates in the same place, so renewals never sneak up on you.
YOUR ARSENAL
Every firearm with make, model, caliber, serial number, purchase price and date, safe location, notes and photos. Organize by type — handguns, rifles, shotguns, SBRs and more.
AMMO INVENTORY
Know exactly what you have. Track quantity by caliber, brand, grain and bullet type. Scan UPC barcodes to add boxes fast. Set low-stock alerts so you never show up to the range short, and watch counts fall automatically as you log what you shoot.
RANGE LOG & MAINTENANCE
Log every trip with date, location, firearms used and rounds fired. Record cleanings, repairs and inspections tied to a specific firearm, and track rounds fired between cleanings to stay on schedule.
HANDLOADING
The optional Reloading Module tracks brass, bullets, powder and primers, versioned recipes, and batches with lot numbers — decrementing components as you load and working out your true cost per round.
DOCUMENTATION THAT SURVIVES A CLAIM
Export an insurance PDF of your collection, a CSV of your firearms, or a complete JSON backup that includes your photos and receipt images. Your records are yours, in formats you can hand to anyone.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your data stays on your device. No account required for core features. No ads, no tracking, no data selling.

Designed and built by Range 42, a veteran-owned indoor shooting range and gun shop.
Ammo tracking is a fail. Will only group them all together by caliber. If you enter different loads you can’t see them it only gives total round count for everything of that caliber. Was supposed to scan bar codes but that doesn’t work. Zero help or support.Waste of money for me. I’ve asked for a refund. There are much better options available.
Clearer names for locking and signing out.
"Logout" only locked the app — your PIN let you straight back in, which made it look like the button did nothing. It is called Lock App now.
Signing out is a separate control, and it no longer warns that it deletes your records. It never did: your firearms, ammunition, range visits and photos stay on the device.
The lock screen's reset used to run on a single tap. It now asks first, and says plainly that nothing is deleted.
