I used to use MVP List on my old iPad. On the new iPad I had to chooses MVP Simple List. The old favorite was not available. The new app had none of my many lists and when I copied one from the old app it suddenly disappeared. I don’tknow what to do.

I had the old app for years. come to find out I am completely locked out of it and cannot access any of the information i had in there which is stuff i cannot simply recreate. I see I’m not the only person with this issue either. Shame on them for doing this and causing people to lose all their important information. We at least need access so we can get our information out of the old app. or allow it to transfer over. so I can then immediately delete this new app because this is not ok. There should’ve at least been a warning or something so we had time to move over our information.

I had the previous version and it mysteriously disappeared with no notification, warning or anything. No chance to save the information and it seems intentional. I had years of lists with information that was important to me, and now I can’t get it back. I will not be using the new version because I don’t want this to happen again. I’ll never be able to find all the information to duplicate the lists that I lost

Had the previous version for years and paid for no-ads. My phone offloaded the app for space and now I can't get it back because it's no longer available. Lost all my lists, some of them very important.The worst part is my purchase of ad-free doesn't carry over to the new version, so I'd have to pay that fee again.I've reached out to see if they can at least help me restore my lists to this new version. I'll pay for the ad-free and update my review if they can at least help me get back the data I'd trusted them to hold for me.For now, the whole thing feels predatory. "We took away the version you paid for so you have to pay us for a new one."
