Teric Baseball builds your complete training plan — and coaches you through
every session of it.
Answer a few questions about your age, position, goals, experience, equipment,
and season, and Teric generates a personalized multi-week program across four
lanes:
• THROWING — a progressive throwing program with long toss, velocity work, and
structured arm care that adjusts to whether you're building up, competing, or
recovering.
• STRENGTH — age-appropriate lifting with clear sets, reps, and loads. Log your
weights and the plan meets you where you are.
• SPEED — sprint work with built-in timed testing. Capture your 10, 30, and
60-yard times right in the app and watch them move.
• MOBILITY — the work that keeps you on the field, stated plainly and
programmed on the right days.
BUILT AROUND YOUR SEASON
Off-season, summer, or in-season — the plan knows the difference. Training
volume, throwing intensity, and arm care shift with the calendar, your game
days, and your age. No 16-year-old gets a pro workload, and no in-season arm
gets an off-season throwing day.
