Shelfify helps you organize your physical media collection with visual shelf planning and precise location tracking. Whether you own vinyl records, CDs, or cassettes, Shelfify maps every item to its exact physical location: room, shelf, compartment, and position.
VISUAL SHELF PLANNING
Design your storage layout on a drag-and-drop canvas. Choose from IKEA Kallax, Stocubo, crate, or custom shelf templates with real-world dimensions in centimeters. Customize frame colors, border thickness, and divider thickness for a realistic shelf representation. Supports both shelf storage (left to right) and crate storage (front to back with 3D visualization).
MULTI-ROOM ORGANIZATION
Create multiple rooms like living room, office, or basement, each with its own shelf layout. Switch between rooms and track your collection across your entire living space.
PRECISE LOCATION TRACKING
Assign records to exact compartments. Search your collection and instantly see where any item is stored. View neighboring records and browse compartment contents in a gallery carousel.
SETLISTS
Whether you are a DJ preparing a gig or picking records for your next house party, plan your set and pull records off the shelf without losing track of where they belong. Build named setlists, mark the tracks you want to play, add a note per record, and check records off as you pack them. Each record still shows its exact spot, so everything goes back where it came from.
DISCOGS INTEGRATION
Connect your Discogs account via OAuth. Import your collection with folder structure, sync your wantlist, and search the Discogs database to add new items. All API calls respect Discogs rate limits.
ARTIST DISCOVERY
Scan your collection to find releases from artists you already collect but don't yet own. Filter by year, format, and genre. Add discoveries directly to your Discogs wantlist.
RANDOM RECORD PICKER
Can't decide what to listen to? Spin the random picker, filtered by format or genre, and get a suggestion from your own collection.
LAST.FM SCROBBLING
Connect your Last.fm account and scrobble what you're listening to directly from the app.
OFFLINE-FIRST & PRIVATE
All data is stored locally on your device. No cloud accounts required. Export and import encrypted backups (.shelfify format) to transfer your data between devices.
