NEW: LEAGUES Form a league from the club menu, the League tab, or right after you create a club. Setup walks you through one decision at a time, in plain words, with an example of the points a 10-player night would award and a review before anything is saved. A league can start its next season on a schedule, a closed season shows its champion and final table, and a season's minimum nights and qualifying cut now apply to the standings on your phone. The club's Leagues & Stats tab is now two tabs: Stats & Standings, and League. ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACCOLADES Your profile has new galleries. Achievements are grouped into families, with each family's tiers side by side and a detail sheet showing what you have and what the next tier takes. Accolades are honours such as Founder, season champion and "You asked, we built it", each with the dates you earned it. Badges and dates you already earned are kept. FOUNDER PROGRAM Founders get a Founder badge on their profile and a small gold F beside their name in club and tournament lists. Founder pricing now belongs to your account: an account created during the founder era keeps it on Pro and Elite for good, even if you cancel and come back. Everyone gets a notice 30 days before the founder era closes. A new Ideas board in Support lets you post an idea, vote, and see what became of every one. TOURNAMENT SETUP AND LIVE PLAY • Suggest a chip set for your starting stack, as the desktop app does. • Pro: load and save blind templates on the Blinds step, and rename them. • New blind structures climb sensibly to the end and keep their antes. • Running more than one game? The Tournament tab lists every one under Live now. • A tournament launched early with no minimum players counts down and starts itself at the scheduled time. • A manager's phone keeps the clock running when the host's device is closed. • Hosts can renumber a table without moving anyone. • Seat messages name the table and seat. CLUBS • Club details, roles and join settings are now owner-only; staff see them read-only. • Handing a club over asks you to confirm, and you stay on as a director. • New Check-in door role permission for running the check-in kiosk. • Club Records, the money panel and the leaderboard show real numbers. • Archived seasons can be restored. • Search ignores accents and finds clubs by tag, and a club's exact address is now visible only to its members. • Joining, invite codes and join requests explain themselves clearly. FIXED • Removing a member on iPhone no longer freezes the app. • Deleting a club on iPhone works again. • Club comments show up again. • A rejected post stays hidden instead of being published. • Add Player works when a tournament charges a membership fee. • Every tournament scheduled from a preset gets its own join code. • Editing a scheduled tournament keeps its currency, rake and display look. • Late registration by minutes closes on time. • Moving levels by hand no longer shows the wrong level after a break. • The end-of-game summary shows results instead of "no access". • Confirmation prompts on iPhone appear again in the live room. • Tournament names are no longer autocorrected. • Profile stats no longer count nights you only hosted. Also: "Are you liking Poker Hawk?" replaces the rating popup, Sign out asks first, guides stay clear of tab bars and buttons, and Hawk Academy is in the menu.

NEW: GETTING TO YOUR FIRST GAME Creating a club now opens a first-game screen: invite players by link, QR code or join code, schedule a game, or try a sandbox one. Until you've run a game, your dashboard shows a setup checklist. CLUB INVITES YOU CAN EDIT See your invite before you send it, and change its words. Staff who manage the invite code can edit the club's own message, and every invite after that opens with it. FIXED • A greyed-out Continue button on the Founder Program signup screen could strand you mid-signup. • Reporting a post or a profile photo now actually reaches moderation. • A club's join questions no longer disappear when the app reloads the club. • UK, Canadian and Irish postcode lookups work again. • The Android app icon no longer clips inside its launcher shape. • A club edited on one screen now shows live everywhere else in the app. • Join requests can carry a note, and asking again can say something new. Also: times can show as 12- or 24-hour and follow you across devices, and date of birth is entered in your country's own order.

This update makes opening the app after you have closed it behave the way it should. OPENING THE APP • Your clubs are there when the dashboard appears. Before, a cold start could open onto an empty club list until you pulled down to refresh. • The Face ID or fingerprint prompt appears once and stays, instead of flashing up and disappearing on its own. • The app waits a moment for your profile and clubs before it opens — never more than a few seconds, even on a slow connection or in airplane mode. These fixes already reached most devices automatically. This version builds them in, so a fresh install gets them straight away.

This update fixes clubs that could get stuck loading. • Fixed: after closing the app completely and opening it again, your clubs could stay stuck loading until you pulled to refresh. They now load on their own, and the app tries again straight away whenever you come back to it.

This update brings your club's leagues and stats together, and gives a season a life of its own. LEAGUES AND STATS, ONE TAB The club tab is three sections now — Overview, Stats and Leagues. Overview opens with who is winning and a brief of both halves. Stats holds the quarter, year and all-time leaderboard with your club's lifetime record under it. Leagues holds seasons and nothing else: their rules, their own figures and their standings. A SEASON OF ITS OWN Seasons now report their own money and their own numbers — prize pool, buy-ins and rake for the tournaments inside the season's dates, plus events, players, average ranked field and in-the-money rate. Club totals underneath are labelled all-time, because they do not follow the season you picked. A CLOSED SEASON KEEPS ITS TABLE Final standings are recorded when a season closes. A closed season used to keep showing the live table, which a later result correction could reorder underneath the champion's name. MORE WAYS TO SCORE League formulas can use six more figures: your own knockouts and rebuys, the field's rebuys and add-ons, the rake and the bounties. Knockouts and your own rebuys are recorded from 5 September onward, so earlier events score zero on those two. A league can also make an exception for one night — count an event double, or not at all. MEMBERS, NOT PEOPLE The club roster is called Members again and reads like one: collapsible headings for Owners, Directors, Dealers, Members and any role your club invented, with everyone else under Players. It also spots when one person is in your list twice, and lets you compare the two records side by side before deciding. Nothing is ever merged for you. THE REVIEW QUEUE WORKS Join requests and posts waiting on you now reach you on a cold launch, the badge counts everything rather than the first twenty, and a host can actually clear the queue. • Fixed: the "+ Season" button did nothing — it now opens the season editor. • Fixed: the Standings tab drew two identical rows of chips. • The club roster has faces again.

The club feed is a real feed now, and seasons finish properly. A FEED YOU CAN TALK ON • Reply to a comment. Replies sit under the comment they answer, so a busy post stays readable. • Edit or delete your own post, and delete a comment you wrote. An edited post says it was edited. • Five reactions — Like, Love, Haha, Wow and Fire. Tap for a like, hold for the rest. • The @ picker works in comments, and mentions show as names. • A club can pin one post to the top of its feed, so the club rule or the next game date stops scrolling away. SEASONS AND STANDINGS • One Standings tab, with seasons first. • Closing a season fixes the champion in place instead of leaving the table moving. • Start a season from a window of results you already have. A SIMPLER BOTTOM BAR • Discover is gone — it was a "coming soon" page taking a fifth of the bar. Club search does the same job, better, one level down. • Tourney is in the centre, and Stats is back. CLUBS THAT BEHAVE • Only the club owner can be the club owner. Anyone who could manage members could previously grant real ownership in one click. • A club left with a stray second owner can be repaired in the app. • Photo posts to a club feed work again. • You can change how your club describes itself after creating it. • A role allowed to edit the club can open Club Settings on a phone. • Save a blind structure preset to your club from your phone. • Someone who is not in a club is no longer told they are a member of it. FIXES • Leaving a club you own waits until it knows who else is in it before offering to delete it. • A post over the length limit keeps what fits and says how much was left out, instead of vanishing. • New accounts no longer show "Bust Rate 0%", which read as never having busted rather than never having played. • The Post button is no longer clipped, and the edit and delete rows look like buttons. • Club Settings opens reliably. • A club's Tournaments tab shows only that club's tournaments. • Merging player records shows one message instead of two stacked alerts. • Role summaries no longer show "Tournaments" and "Tournament" one letter apart.

Your clubs now load on their own after an update. They could stay empty on the first launch until you opened the clubs screen and refreshed a few times. The "what's new" panels now render properly and match the rest of the app. They were collapsing to a bare header with the button jammed under the drag handle, and the slides were missing their icons. One list of people, and clubs that behave. Members and Players are now a single tab called People. A club used to keep two lists of the same people with nothing to say how they related, so somebody who had joined and also been checked in at the door appeared twice. Every row now says whether it is a member, a player linked to an account, or a player with no account. Joining clubs is unlimited on every plan. The free tier used to cap you at two, so playing in a third club meant paying — even though joining a club is not a hosting feature. Clubs discovery and invites are fixed throughout. Searching by ZIP code works again. A new club has its invite code straight away, so a private club can be joined the moment it exists. A mistyped code no longer offers to join you to somebody else's club. Club discovery stops claiming every club has no upcoming events, and the "next tournament" line shows a real date. Roles are safer and clearer. "Owner" is no longer offered when changing somebody's role — it granted owner-level rights on one unwarned click. Club Settings shows your real role, and approving or rejecting a join request explains itself. Also: club filters remember what you picked, the Near Me distance filter works reliably, member counts stop drifting below the real roster, the delete-club screen has a working way out, and an error overlay no longer appears during normal use and swallows your taps. Opening a club now shows what changed in clubs as a sheet you can swipe away, and if you have missed several updates you see each one dated and newest first rather than one list where old news looks like today's.

This update fixes the Back button on Android, tidies up signing up, and stops one account's data appearing for the next person on a shared phone. SIGNING UP • Type your date of birth in one go — it now fills all three boxes instead of dropping what you typed. • The plans step shows what Pro costs. • The plan you are on stays marked when you look at the paid plans and come back. • Reading the Terms no longer costs you a step or your typed name. • An interrupted signup no longer skips the Founder screen. YOUR ACCOUNT • Turn the Poker Hawk newsletter on or off in Settings. • Signing out now clears everything belonging to your account, so a shared phone never shows your tournament to the next person. • A tour you skipped is remembered against your account, not the handset. CLUBS • Seasons points you at the New season button instead of telling you to use a laptop. • Correcting a finished tournament's result works on your phone. FIXES • Changing your mind at the payment page no longer traps the app or claims a purchase went through. • "What you're missing" lists what you are actually missing.

You can finally see your own support requests inside the app. Everything else is a season of tournament-floor work: a chop that used to delete a place it never paid for, tables that now say how many chairs need clearing, and text you can actually read. YOUR REQUESTS, IN THE APP • Help and Feedback now has My Requests — everything you have sent us, whether a bug report, a feature request or a question, with the status of each one. • Open any of them to read the whole conversation, including what you originally wrote, and answer us back without leaving the app. • Unread replies are marked, so you can see at a glance that we have got back to you. PRIZE MONEY • A chop no longer removes a place the deal did not pay for. Two players splitting only their own two places used to delete third place from the prize ladder, and with it money a busted player was still owed. Third place now stands at its own amount. • Whether a settlement removes a place or leaves one standing, the app says which place and why — on a mid-tournament chop and at the end of the night alike. • The Apply bubble button now explains itself instead of doing nothing, and refuses a bubble larger than the whole pot. • Prize Controls tells you when your role cannot change the payouts, rather than pointing you at a switch that is greyed out. • The app now records what each player actually paid — buy-in, membership fee, rebuys, add-on — and not just what they owe. Check-in is where you say somebody has not paid yet. TABLES AND SEATS • A table that reads 8/9 now tells you when one of those chairs is held by a player who is out and needs clearing. • Removing a table says how many players it can actually move and how many chairs it is simply freeing, before you commit to anything. Every step of it names the table. • Balance Tables counts the players waiting for a seat, not only the ones sitting down. RUNNING THE NIGHT • Change the rebuy cap and the rebuy cutoff after the tournament has started. Until now both could only be set before you launched. • Changing the level being played asks first, and says exactly what is about to move on every screen in the room. • Loading a saved blind template asks before it replaces your schedule, and says how many levels are about to land. • Assigning a dealer asks again before it stands somebody up. • Applying an add-on or a re-entry no longer reports a failure over a player whose chips were already given. • Opening a second live tournament now actually opens that one. CHECK-IN • The check-in list stops telling a player to try a different name when they have not typed one. At a club's first event there is nothing to list, and it now says so. • Someone the host added at the door tonight can find their own name on the list instead of being told there are no matches. • A player who has checked in but not bought in is no longer counted as playing. They have their own label and their own filter. YOUR TELEVISIONS • The Displays list labels each screen connected or offline instead of relying on the colour of a dot, and it holds still while you read it. • A television that has gone dark is reported offline instead of reading "Just now" all night. • A screen running an app too old to identify itself is marked Not reporting, with an explanation, rather than just looking quiet. • The red button on a display now reads Mark offline, which is what it has always done. • Managing displays, and the join code that pairs new screens, needs the Manage Displays permission on the phone as it already did on a computer. Seeing the list does not.

This update brings tournament setup on your phone up to what the desktop app can do, makes host notes private, and fixes a scheduled tournament's start time so it means the same thing on every device. HOST NOTES ARE PRIVATE The notes box on Review & Launch has always called itself private notes for you and your staff. But anyone who opened that tournament from the club calendar and tapped Details could read them under a Host Notes heading. They are now shown only to you and to the club staff who can edit the tournament, with a line under the box saying so. Nothing you had already written was changed or lost. SETUP CATCHES UP WITH DESKTOP • Guest players: you can now decide whether people may check in without a Poker Hawk account. That switch did not exist on a phone, so every tournament created on one allowed guests and its host could not change it. Existing tournaments keep allowing guests. • Paid places now go up to 100 instead of 10, so a bigger prize structure built on desktop is no longer quietly cut down when you edit it on your phone. • You can cap how many times one player may re-enter, and close the rebuy window after a level or after a break. • A freeze-out no longer carries hidden rebuy and add-on stacks nobody chose, which could offer a rebuy to a player still sitting at the table. • Auto-cancel can no longer be switched on when you have set no minimum player count — it could never have fired. • A level with no blinds at all now has to be fixed before you can continue, schedule or start, instead of reaching game night unplayable. START TIMES A scheduled tournament is now read against its own time zone rather than your phone's, so a 7pm game reads 7pm wherever you open it. The countdown, the day badge, the date header and the order of your upcoming list are all fixed with it. Rescheduling moves the event, not the room: a 7pm game in New York stays a 7pm game in New York even if you are in Denver when you move it, and the Reschedule panel now spells out the time it is about to save. WHEN SOMETHING WILL NOT WORK, THE APP SAYS SO • The summary after a practice tournament no longer sits on Loading forever, and any summary that genuinely cannot load now says so and offers a way back. • Tournament is too big for this plan now offers See plans, and tells you that lowering the table count in Edit setup is the other way out. • Starting a scheduled tournament no longer runs a bounty your plan does not include. • Two staff approving the same rebuy at the same moment can no longer charge a player twice. • Saving a tournament someone else has changed, or deleted, now stops and explains instead of overwriting their work or recreating the event. • Scheduling the same tournament twice no longer puts it on the calendar twice with two different join codes. TYPING Every panel that slides up from the bottom now clears the keyboard — the comment box on a club post, editing a blind level, renaming a player, adding notes or a bounty, setting stacks, club settings, and the check-in kiosk lookup. Editing a payout deep in the prize ladder and the Bio field on Customise profile now scroll into view instead of hiding behind it. PLANS The top plan is now called Elite. This is a name change only — your subscription, price and features are unchanged, and store receipts still show the original plan identifier. Paid plan buttons now show the free trial the stores have been granting all along, and read its length from the store so they cannot promise something it will not honour. The signup screen no longer claims a trial that does not apply to purchases made in the app. ALSO • The club welcome message no longer greets you for every club every time you open the app. • View tournament on the Up next card opens the tournament instead of your club. • Settings has a new switch for tournament result emails, and the weekly digest is now the Monday roll-up. Plus bug fixes and stability improvements.

This update is about typing. Every form in the app now keeps the field you're filling in visible above the keyboard, and the button you're reaching for stays where you can tap it. FORMS THAT DON'T HIDE WHAT YOU'RE TYPING The keyboard used to cover the field you were entering — or leave a band of dead space between your keyboard and the Continue button, taking a chunk out of the visible form. Both are fixed across the app: the tournament setup wizard, the club creation wizard, the support forms, and the welcome sign-up flow. On Android the buttons at the bottom of these screens could sit underneath the keyboard entirely; they no longer do. SIGNING UP Going back to change your date of birth now keeps the change instead of quietly reverting it. The sign-up fields scroll clear of the button bar at the bottom of the screen, so nothing you're typing is hidden behind it. CHOOSING A PLAN The free plan now correctly shows as available if you're hosting. Plan combinations we can't actually sell no longer appear at all — previously picking one could leave you on a screen with no way forward. BLIND STRUCTURES A row in your blind structure can now change type in the setup wizard, instead of being fixed to whatever it was created as. WHAT'S NEW The app now shows you a summary of what changed when you open it after an update. Plus bug fixes and stability improvements.

This update fixes badge notifications properly. YOUR BADGES STAY EARNED Signing back in could announce every badge you had ever earned, as though you had just won them all over again. The last update fixed one cause of this and the problem came back, because the check could still be answered from a stale copy of your profile stored on the phone — one written moments earlier during sign-in, which lists no badges at all. The app concluded you had none and awarded them all again, overwriting the date you actually earned each one. The badge check now reads from our servers or doesn't run at all, and a badge's earned date can no longer move forward. If your dates were already changed by this, we're sorry — they can't be recovered.

This update makes creating a tournament possible from anywhere in the app, rebuilds the table setup step, and fixes a handful of ways seating could tell you one thing and do another. SIGNING BACK IN BEHAVES ITSELF Sometimes reopening the app dropped you onto the date-of-birth question again, as though you were signing up from scratch — and once you were there, filling it in was the only way out. Then your badges were announced all over again, every one you had ever earned. Both are fixed. Your badges also keep the dates you actually earned them; the replay had been quietly resetting them to the day it happened. CREATE A TOURNAMENT FROM ANYWHERE Every Create button now opens the same sheet: build from scratch, repeat your last tournament, start from a preset, or spin up a practice game. That includes the Create button on a club's Tournaments tab, the Create quick action on your dashboard, and the "Line up your next game" card. Starting from a club carries that club into the setup, so you no longer land on "No club" and quietly build a standalone game. TABLE SETUP SHOWS EVERY TABLE The Tables step no longer asks you to turn on a mode before you can edit a table. Every planned table is simply listed, one card each. Change one and it asks whether to apply it to all tables, at the moment the change would matter. Once your tables differ it stops asking, and each card offers "Apply to all tables" to re-sync from it. This matches the desktop app, which always worked this way. THE KEYBOARD NO LONGER EATS THE FORM The setup and club-creation wizards left roughly an inch of dead black space between the Continue button and the keyboard on every step. Both now sit right on top of the keyboard. On Android the button used to sit under the keyboard entirely. THE APP NO LONGER LAUNCHES TO A BLACK SCREEN When a required update was in force, the app could open to black and only a force-quit recovered it. The same fault sat behind the biometric unlock screen, where it would have locked you out completely. Both are fixed, and startup now waits for the update check instead of racing it. SEATING DOES WHAT IT SAYS • A dealer who isn't playing is finally visible — on the felt, in the tables list, and in the roster, instead of showing as an unseated player. • Assigning a dealer over someone's seat now asks first, naming who gets unseated and which dealer is replaced. • "Planned moves" when removing a table now sends players to the seats it printed. It used to print one set of seats and write a different one. • Tapping an occupied seat mid-move offers Undo only when Undo can actually reverse it — and when it does, the displaced player goes back to their seat too. • Tapping your own seat mid-move is a no-op again instead of opening a conflict prompt against yourself. ELIMINATIONS ADD UP CORRECTLY "Eliminate & Rebuy" no longer leaves a finishing position on a player who is back in the game, so two players can't both be holding 3rd. Undoing an elimination now takes the knockout back with it — three eliminate-then-undo cycles used to leave three busts on a player's record. CHECK-IN KNOWS WHO PEOPLE ARE Someone who played as a guest and later made an account no longer appears twice on the check-in and add-player lists. Picking your own name at the door now links you to the record your history is already on, instead of creating a new person every week. If you've set a display name, the door screen shows it and you can search for it. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Plan tags read Basic, Pro and Legendary everywhere, and a lapsed subscription correctly shows as Basic. • The club Tournaments tab no longer tells you to go use the desktop app. • Failed actions explain what did not change instead of showing a raw error code. Plus bug fixes and stability improvements.

Club staff can finally reach their club's live tournament, your club remembers its regulars, and league seasons, exports and percentage rake all land on the phone. CLUB STAFF CAN GET IN • If you direct or help run a club, a tournament that is live right now appears on your dashboard, on the club page under Live Now, and on the tab bar — not only for whoever launched it. YOUR CLUB REMEMBERS ITS REGULARS • Each club now keeps a private player book, so the walk-up who plays every Tuesday stops being a brand-new person every week. • Check-in and Add player recognise a returning name and ask "Is this you?" before creating anyone. If two people share a name, both are offered and neither is chosen. • Season points that were split across duplicate records add up again. LEAGUE SEASONS ON THE PHONE • Clubs have a Seasons tab: pick a season and read the full standings — rank, player, events played, events counted and points. If the season drops each player's worst scores, it says so. Reading standings is free on every plan. TAKE YOUR RESULTS WITH YOU • The post-game summary can now export results as a spreadsheet or a PDF, plus a printable payout sheet for the table. Season standings export the same way. Exports are a Pro feature; sharing the results link stays free. • An export that fails now tells you nothing was saved, instead of doing nothing at all. CHARGE A PERCENTAGE OF THE POT • Buy-in & Chips gains "Rake (% of pot)" beside the per-entry charge, with a worked example showing what a ten-entry field would leave to pay out. Every rake label now says which charge it is. PLAN AND PURCHASE CHANGES • Premium themes are bought once and yours for good, on every device. They no longer lapse with a subscription. • Your own stats and badges are free on every tier — the full stat panels, the badge gallery, progress and the earn celebration. • Club analytics (competition quality, financial intelligence, growth and the health index) are the Pro line. Activity, club records and the leaderboard stay free. • Host Basic subscribers get their Pro access back. BLINDS THAT MEAN WHAT THEY SAY • "Target length" now covers the whole night, breaks included. Ask for four hours and you get four hours, not five and a half. • Cloning "Same as last tournament" keeps your blind-generation settings instead of quietly resetting them. FIXES • A player you added with a seat could end up in no seat while the app said "Player seated". Seating is now confirmed, and if it cannot be done you are told to seat them from the Tables tab. • Double-tapping Add player could add the same person twice. • The status pill beside the tournament name — ACTIVE, PAUSED, BREAK, COMPLETED — never appeared for anyone. It is back. • Changing levels from the phone stamped the clock from your handset's own time, so the countdown could disagree with the desktop and the TV. Previous, Next, Reset and Jump all read the shared tournament clock now. • Percentage payouts such as 50/30/20 were stripped out at launch, so every place read zero all night and the finished tournament kept no record of the split. • Auto-adjusted payouts paid one place more than intended at some field sizes. • Editing a bounty was recorded but never actually applied. • Mystery-bounty draws now announce themselves on the phone, with who drew and for how much. • Chip, stack and bounty corrections appear in a player's activity with one-tap undo. • Review no longer calls a scheduled tournament ready when no club has been picked. • Practice tournaments now launch with real chip stacks and a payout ladder.

This update brings full tournament setup to your phone. • Edit a scheduled tournament right from mobile — reopen the whole setup with everything already filled in, change what you like, and save. Your club-calendar event, RSVPs, the join code members already have, pre-registrations, and staff all carry over. • Fine-tune blinds without switching to desktop — edit small blind, big blind, ante and length in place, add a level or a break, reorder them, or remove a row, with a running estimate of how long the tournament will run. • Tables are their own setup step — plan them up front and give each its own shape and number of seats. • A clearer buy-in and chips step — pick your currency from a full list of names and codes before you type an amount, choose chip colours from a palette, reorder denominations, and find prize-pool and payout settings right on the page. • See what your money settings actually do — a live preview shows how the prize pool splits across the paid places, and switching on rake or a membership fee shows a worked example using your real buy-in. • New: custom payouts — set every paid place yourself, as a fixed amount or a percentage, with a running total as you type. • Pick your big-screen theme from a full theme chooser. Also fixed: • Activating a scheduled tournament no longer wrongly tells you to finish setup on desktop. • "Start now" no longer refuses to launch after a long setup, and "Schedule for later" always schedules — even when the start is only a couple of hours away. • On iPhone, the "Schedule for later" date and time wheel closes again and scrolls into view. • Building a long blind schedule shows a "Generating…" spinner instead of looking frozen. • Test tournaments no longer show $0 for money in and prize pool, and the live clock no longer stops at 00:00. • Opening a club's settings no longer crashes the app.

A lot has arrived since your last update: **Learn as you go with Hawk Academy** A full in-app help center is now built right into Poker Hawk — step-by-step guides and guided courses covering everything from running your first tournament to building blind structures, balancing tables, and running payouts.
