20-DAY PROGRAM
A two-phase journey — 10 days, then 10 days at a different resonance frequency. Each session is 20 minutes: sit down, listen, let relaxation settle in naturally.
HRV MEASUREMENT
• With the Kyto 2936 Bluetooth sensor (or any HRS-compatible sensor): continuous in-session capture (2-min baseline + 20-min audio + 2-min recovery), automatic background reconnect.
• Without a sensor: 5-minute finger PPG measurement using the camera (bookend on sessions 1, 10, 20).
Indicators: RMSSD, SDNN, heart rate, signal quality — all explained in plain language, tappable for clarity.
