The user who has permission to move a request to Inspection Request or Inspected can add, edit, and delete items as long as the request status is New, Inspection Request, Inspected, or Approval Request. Once the request status changes to Approved or Partially Approved, this user can no longer modify the items. Editing permissions are then transferred to users who have permission to set the status to Approved or Partially Approved. At the item level, users with approval permissions must be able to specify the approved quantity. Each item row must clearly display both the requested quantity and the approved quantity. When approving a request, if the approved quantities are less than the requested quantities for any items, the request status must automatically change to Partially Approved, even if the user attempts to set the status to Approved.

Filing a request now clearly tells you when a detail is missing (like a required photo) — no more taps that seem to do nothing. New: invite your customers to link their contracts by WhatsApp — send a ready‑made message or a one‑tap link. Invited users can now sign in reliably — accounts activate correctly when an invitation is accepted. Admins can help teammates who didn't receive an invite email: confirm their account or share a secure sign‑in link. Smaller fixes and refinements across the app.
