Various bug fixes have been made.

When you complete a task, a completion note opens and stays linked to that task in Notes; you can dictate it. On a new medication, Voice add fills in the name, time, and dose, and nothing is saved until you tap Save. You can enter the capsule count or the number of days, and add a photo. In Notes, the Meetings tab writes the conversation as you speak and keeps the audio recording.
