Alerts you respond to or close now clear from your notifications straight away. NEW LOOK Every screen has been rebuilt. Alerts are easier to scan, severity is clearer at a glance, and a critical alert shows you how long until it calls the team. FINDING ALERTS • Search across every alert • Filter by organisation, urgency, or a date range • Filters now apply when you tap Apply, so you can set several at once ALERT DETAIL A single activity log showing what happened and when — who was notified, who answered, who closed it. Long descriptions collapse so the important parts stay visible. Sharing an alert now includes the full detail in plain text.

Respond your way Alerts now carry the response options chosen by whoever sent them. Take an alert on behalf of everyone so the rest of the team stands down, or answer just for yourself without silencing anyone else. Decide who can alert you Organisations now have to ask before they can reach you. Accept or decline from Invitations, and change your mind at any time from Organisations. A clearer alert screen The response someone took is now front and centre, with who took it and when. Recipients are easier to scan at any size, whether an alert went to three people or three hundred. Faster sign-in When you're on mobile data, we can now confirm your number with your mobile network in the background — so you often won't need to type a code at all. If that isn't available, we'll text you an OTP as usual.

Sign-in has changed. M91 now uses a one-time code sent to your phone instead of a password. If you're already signed in you'll stay signed in — no action needed. Alerts now reach you on iOS even when the app is fully closed. Previously an alert could be missed if M91 wasn't running in the background. Alerts also arrive with a distinct alert tone so they're never mistaken for an ordinary notification, and break through Focus modes. Assign straight from the notification on iOS. Take ownership of an incident without opening the app. Android lock screen improvements. An incoming alert now wakes the screen and shows the full incident on the lock screen, instead of forcing the app open over it. The alert tone repeats so it's harder to sleep through. Fixed: an expired session showed an error screen instead of returning you to sign-in.
