123 Park opens up private parking - driveways, yards, garages and company lots that stand empty most of the day - and turns it into parking you can actually book. No circling the block. No meter. No paper ticket.
FIND A SPACE WHERE YOU ARE GOING
- Search any address or place and see the free spaces around it on the map.
- Every space shows its price per hour, how many places are free, and how you get in - gate, barrier, garage or open lot.
- Filter by price, by vehicle type, or show only what is free right now.
- Planning ahead? Set the day and the hour and see what will be free then.
- Sort by distance or by price, on the map or as a list.
BOOK BY THE HOUR, THE DAY OR THE MONTH
- Pick 30 minutes, an hour, four hours - or a few days, or a whole month.
- Pick the car. Your plates are saved in My Vehicles.
- You see the exact price and the exact time you have to leave before you confirm.
- Your space is held for you. It is yours when you get there.
OPEN THE GATE FROM YOUR PHONE
- Gates, barriers and locks open straight from the booking screen over Bluetooth.
- No terminal, no code, no waiting for anyone to let you in.
- The owner's own instructions are on the same screen, so you know exactly where to drive.

- Top up your 123 Park wallet by card, then book without paying again at the barrier.
- Your balance and the amount held for active bookings are always visible.

IT WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
Underground garages eat mobile signal. Your active bookings, your saved places and the gate and barrier buttons keep working offline, so the barrier still goes up.
