Formly's biggest update yet: • Meet Formi: our new paper friend shows you around on first launch, acts out what each tool does and brightens up empty screens. The app icon is new, too. • Form guide: fields in PDF forms are found automatically and walked one by one. "Fill with my details" fills name, phone, email and address fields in a single tap. Your details stay on this device. • Read aloud: your document is read sentence by sentence, with the current sentence highlighted on the page. Scanned pages work too, and playback continues on the Lock Screen. • Live Activities: follow long conversions and transcriptions from the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island. • QR codes: QR codes and barcodes on the page are detected so you can open the link or copy the text. Add your own QR code in Fill & Sign. • Apple Pencil: pressure sets the pen width; double-tap switches between pen and eraser. • Batch processing: convert and compress several files at once. • Save to original: save an edited file back where it came from. • Shortcuts: save to Library, pin files and move them into folders from the Shortcuts app. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.

New in Formly 1.1: • Formly in the share sheet: send files straight from Photos, Files or Mail. Several photos become one PDF; several PDFs are merged. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets: scan in one tap and reopen your latest files. On iOS 18, a "Scan with Formly" button for Control Center. • Folders in the Library: sort your files into folders, rename them, move files between them. • Pins: keep important files at the top of your Library. • Fill & Sign and Mark Up are much sharper on PDFs made from photos: pen strokes are clearly visible and check and cross marks stay crisp at any zoom. • iCloud sync now carries your folders and pins too (Pro).

FormlyConvert has a whole new look! • New design: A cleaner, more readable and warmer interface, with refreshed colors in light and dark mode. • New icon: Light, dark and tinted Home Screen variants. • Toolbox: A quick start card, recent tools and a filterable tool list. • Library: Documents grouped by date, format badges and multi-select delete. • Conversion flow: Step-by-step progress and clear success and error feedback. • New onboarding: Get started in three quick steps, including language selection. • Pro screen: Clearer Free vs. Pro comparison, plus a new annual plan option. • Settings: Simplified sections and a single picker for conversion mode. • Improvements to Restore Purchases and overall stability. We'd love to hear your feedback!
