• Follow your provider live on the map as they drive to you — road route, direction and arrival time. • Providers confirm when they arrive, and you confirm when the work starts, so you're always in the loop. • Providers: upload insurance as a PDF, a clearer setup checklist, and switch between the customer and provider sides from Account. • Password reset emails now come from Blik. • A friendlier search screen, new service icons, an update reminder, and many fixes.

What's new in 1.1 For everyone • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are shown and accepted when you create an account, and you can read them any time in Account → About. • Your orders, activity, saved cards and addresses now stay with your account. Signing in to a different account on the same phone starts clean, and notifications go only to the account that's signed in. • Clearer cleaning services: each one shows how long it takes and what's included. • Help answers now match how payments work: cards and Apple Pay at checkout. For Blikers (service providers) • A redesigned home screen: earnings, your next job, payouts, performance and recent activity at a glance, with larger, easier-to-read text. • One clear next step on your profile (get verified, set up payouts or add services) and your setup progress. • Verification: upload your ID and liability insurance certificate. Insurance is required to take jobs, and we'll remind you before it expires. • Payout setup now explains how Stripe pays you, and why Stripe's screens show SoftCode Design Inc., the company that builds Blik. • Job history for your completed jobs. • A plain-English Provider Agreement, and tax information for CRA reporting. Your SIN is encrypted and never shown to customers. Fixes • Fixed an issue where saving your services could fail with an unhelpful error.
