Cancel on your own, with a full refund. - If the organizer allows it, you can now cancel a ticket or entry you paid for online yourself: "Cancel and refund" gives you a full refund until the deadline. After that, you can still send a request. - Organizers set the deadline in "Cancellation by participants", and "Sales" shows whether each refund has gone through. - Plus updated country names, small fixes and improvements.

Safer sign-in, and your sales in one place. - Signing in with email and password now asks for a 6-digit code we send to your email. Google and Apple sign-in work as before. - "Sales" moved to the "Organize" menu: every event you sell for, with its total, in one list. - Plus small fixes and improvements.

Your account, in your hands. - Change your email address in Settings > Account. We send a link to the new address, and nothing changes until you open it. - New "Download your data" in Settings > Account saves a copy of your profile, bookings, entries and orders as a file. - Plus small fixes and improvements.

Whole flyers, and links that land in the app. - Event cards now show the whole flyer. Swipe through every image and tap one for full screen. - New "How it works" in the Organize tab's menu walks you through running an event, from setup to payout. - The cancellation request email now opens the request right in the app. - Signed in, the Support contact form sends from your account.

Who's hosting, and paying without surprises. - Tap "Hosted by" to see the host's profile. Organizations now have a bio, website, Instagram and TikTok. - Events listed elsewhere show "See how to join" and note that registration is handled outside Cyphly. - A declined card no longer cancels your booking - just retry. You're told when an unpaid hold expires. - See why an organizer declined your cancellation request.

Workspaces and settings, easier to find. - Tap your avatar on Organize to switch workspace. Profile, Selling, General and Members are now pages. - Members and event staff share one list, with search. - Publishing says if Stripe is not connected, unfinished or paused.

Follow the event live, from the timetable to your turn. - Run of show: organizers start and advance the timetable on the day; delays carry over. - Progress: open it from your booking to see when you're up, with a push just before your turn. Afterwards it becomes Results. - Results: a summary and every round, the bracket on its own page. Tap a name for the profile. - Categories can be Battle, Showcase or Other. - Fixes: a black screen at launch.

Door codes work with the camera app, plus native navigation bars. - Door code: the printed code is now a link. Scan it with the phone's camera and you're checked in on the event day. - Organize, the event tools, Bookings and Notifications moved into the native bar. - Published events get a quick automatic check before they're listed. - Fixes: a timetable saved on one date no longer shifts the series; the hardware Back button.

Door code self check-in, three new languages. - Door code: print it from the event tools or Check-in (Show door code) and post it at the entrance. Participants open My code, tap Scan door code and are checked in on the event day. - Cyphly now speaks Traditional Chinese, Indonesian and Dutch. - Fixes: pull to refresh on event details; waitlisted rows can't be marked collected; same-name competitors get @handles in the bracket; larger text fits.

Time zone, publishing checks, safer confirmations. - Create/edit: a Time zone row under the date. Event setup lists what publishing needs: venue, country, description, genre, type. - Confirmations: one button per card, Cancel outside; refunds and cancellations use Slide to confirm. Check-in: Collect at the door or Check in only. - Fixes: ended events refuse bookings; unpaid entries no longer show as paid; invite links survive checkout.

Drafts, dropped connections and the event page. - Drafts: Create draft needs only a title; date and venue can come later (Date TBD). Organize lists newest first and loads as you scroll. - Dropped connections: an interrupted ticket checkout stays in Bookings to confirm later. Door payments say when nothing was recorded. Failed refunds get a Retry in Needs attention. - Event pages: past dates are marked Ended; gallery dots show every photo.

Repeats, workspaces and a new event header. - Repeats: each date keeps its own waitlist and refunds. A canceled date says so in Bookings and in its alert. Custom rules show in the Repeats picker. - Workspaces: an alert when your role changes or you leave a team. Needs attention counts other workspaces. Tool screens refresh when access changes. - Event pages have a new header; Back works from a notification. Profile photos always save.

Smoother bookings, brackets and repeats. - Dancers: crew partners now see the event in Bookings and get its alerts. Edit your entry and keep your spot. Unpaid entries show Complete payment. - Organizers: Raise the limit on entries and tickets after publishing. Fix a bracket result after later rounds. The timetable warns before overwriting another device's edits. - Repeats: alerts and reminders for every date. End a series after any date.

Events that repeat. - Weekly class or monthly jam? Set Repeats when you create an event and every date goes out with the same tickets, capacity and entry settings. - Event pages list the upcoming dates. Pick the one you're going to - bookings, entries and QR codes belong to that date. - Organizers: check-in, timetable and the bracket follow the selected date. Cancel a single date (with full refunds) or stop the series.

Your notifications, in one place. - Notifications has its own tab now, with a count of what you haven't read. - Bought tickets? The event-day bar opens your ticket QR, one code at a time. - Fixed a light card on the update notice while the app is in dark mode.

Cyphly now tells you what's happening. - A reminder the day before, and again a few hours before doors. - Alerts when the time or venue changes, when the running order or bracket goes up, and when a waitlist spot opens. - A new Notifications tab, with a switch for every kind, in your language. - Organizers: what needs a decision now sits at the top of Organize. - Fixed events getting stuck on a loading screen.

The draw, the door, and the flyer. - Organizers can publish the draw, so dancers see the bracket before the first result. - Flyers are shown whole - portrait ones are no longer cropped top and bottom. - The join screen says when you have entered every category, or when nothing is left. - Check-in takes the door money in the same press and reports every line it recorded. - Events open faster; menus and sheets move instead of appearing.

Waitlists, sign-in and sales. - Waitlisted entries say so, with your place in the queue - not "you're entered". - Verification links sign you in, and a failed login says what went wrong. - Sales survives a bad connection: numbers stay put, refund errors read plainly, pending cancellations are one tap away. - Brackets count entries without the waitlist and flag ones that arrived after the draw.

Sign-up, organizer tools and the bracket. - Invite-only events stay open once you've joined — no more "not found" from your own booking. - Sign-up asks you to confirm your password, and verification emails arrive in your language. - Organizer hub: live entry, ticket, sales and crew counts; visibility editable after publishing; duplicate an event. - The bracket fits a phone: one round at a time, one match per row, seeds moved by tap.

Receipts, links and the door desk. * Free and pay-at-venue ticket orders finally get a receipt: what you booked, the date, the venue and the amount to bring. * Card receipts name the event, date and venue too, and leaving checkout releases the tickets it was holding. * Official event pages open inside the app. * Check-in: admitting someone from the list admits their tickets too, a mis-tap can be undone, and the banner names the person.

Your tickets, your entry, and the door desk. * Every ticket has its own QR code, with a Share button to send it to whoever is using it. * Orders with several ticket types list each type, on the receipt and in Bookings. * Pay-at-venue entries say how much to bring; sold-out tickets can't be selected. * Error messages say what actually went wrong. * Check-in: manual check-in works again, the scanner stays open and shows what's owed.

Your entry holds up from tap to door. * Your entry opens right after entering - free, venue-paid and waitlist used to error. * Bookings show waitlist status, category and cash due at the door. * Confirmation shows date, venue and payment, plus a second category. * Discover shows active filters, and lists only countries with events. * Email verification and error messages are translated. * Creating an event no longer makes a duplicate draft.

Entries now tell you where you stand. * Waitlisted entries say so, with your place in line - and no entry QR until you're in. * Entries paid at the venue no longer look paid. * Team entries accept a partner who isn't on Cyphly yet - just their name. * Leaving checkout says whether you were charged, and frees the held spots. * QR codes brighten the screen for scanning. * Organizer tools: timetable, sales, check-in and export fixes.

Event times now follow the venue. * Listings, event pages and timetables show the venue's local time, not your own zone. * Publishing no longer locks the whole event: only the title and the date and time stay fixed. * iPhone HEIC photos work as event images. * Leaving a form with unsaved edits warns you first. * The payment step links straight to Stripe setup. * Light theme, error message and translation fixes.

Running an event is clearer. * Setup lists what is still blocking Publish, right at the top: missing details, entries or tickets, payment setup. * The Setup row is flagged only while something required is missing, not while it just waits to be published. * Team members with organizer permissions get their event tools straight away. * Events with no announced start time show the date alone, not a stand-in time. * Smaller visual fixes.
