Mynd is a journal in chat form. You instantly know how to use it. It works like texting yourself — a social network only you can see, or a memo pad. But quieter, and freer.
Designed for effortless writing. No streaks, no AI. Every word is written by you, for you. The act of writing is the point.
Our philosophy is files over app. Your notes are always accessible as Markdown files. No matter how long this app exists, your notes belong to you from day one — and always will.

I love this app. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. There are a few apps that kinda try to execute this idea but I think Mynd does it best. I’m so glad to be early and can’t wait to see updates. I really hope it continues to updates. The idea is so useful and novel to journaling. I’d gladly pay for features, app icons, themes, etc. or if it decides to stay minimal that’s cool too. Love this app though. Keep up the great work. There is one thing. The chat bubbles seem to have a weird shape. Can’t help but notice, there’s a small point. Chat bubbles are not complete rounded when you text a one line sentence.
Great App
