Results bug quick fix

Fixed an issue where race results from the Australian GP could display incorrect data for users updating from a previous version. The app now automatically refreshes this data on first launch after the update.

Instant standings: Championship standings are now cached and load immediately when you open the app, no waiting for network calls. Smarter background loading: Standings are automatically computed in the background as soon as race results arrive, so they're ready before you even tap the tab. Improved caching: Results, standings, and session data persist reliably between launches with better cache management.
