DailySelah is a scripture-focused breathing meditation app designed for Christians who want to engage deeply with God's Word.
HOW IT WORKS
Each meditation pairs scripture with guided breathing. Verses are split into inhale and exhale phrases, so you literally breathe through the Bible — one phrase at a time.
FEATURES
• Scripture-synced breathing — text displays in rhythm with your breath
• Multiple breathing patterns (gentle, standard, deep) for all experience levels
• Curated meditation library organized by theme: trust, anxiety, gratitude, hope, and more
• Ambient nature sounds: rain, ocean, wind, forest, and fire
• Daily streaks and progress tracking to build a consistent practice
• Clean, distraction-free interface designed for focus
BUILT ON SCRIPTURE
Every meditation is rooted in actual Bible passages — Psalms, Proverbs, the Gospels, and more. No extra-biblical content. No mysticism. Just the Word of God, breathed in and out.
