「手動での入力」と「AIによる自動作成」の2種類のシフト作成方法に対応しています。
画像やPDFでエクスポートして簡単に共有できます。
AIによる自動作成
1. AIにシフトの条件を入力「来月のシフト表を作って。毎日早番と遅番1人ずつ。田中さんは土日のみ出勤できる。」
2. シフト作成専用のAIが条件に合ったシフト表を作成します。
3. 作成されたシフト表を確認し、追加の条件があれば、さらに指示をします。「23日は山田さんを休みにして。」
4. 条件を満たすシフト表が作成できたら、画像やPDFで保存できます。手動での修正も可能です。
手動での入力
1. シフト表の名前を入力
2. 従業員と勤務パターン(早番、遅番など)を登録
3. 表の編集したい部分をタップして、勤務パターンを選んでいくだけ
4. 作成したシフトは、画像やPDFで簡単に共有できます。
