Record with your Apple Watch or any app that writes to Apple Health, and Flexis picks the workouts up from there. It does not record workouts itself.
WHAT YOU GET
• Effort Points (EP) and levels for every workout. Everyday steps do not count, only workouts.
• A weekly path that shows which days you trained.
• Leagues: rank against other players, from Ash up to Apex.
• Nexus: create or join a group with friends and take on challenges together.
• Workout detail with splits, pace and heart rate, where your device recorded them.
