Trusted by 50,000+ families worldwide. Pentle gives kids ages 3–8 the same real-time coaching as a private handwriting tutor — AI that watches every stroke and tells them exactly what to fix, before bad habits form.
### THE PENTLE DIFFERENCE: AI THAT ACTUALLY COACHES
Most tracing apps just track movement. Pentle's AI Engine analyzes the mechanics of every letter your child writes:
Stroke Order: Builds correct muscle memory from the very first lesson.
Alignment & Slant: Develops the consistency that makes handwriting legible for life.
Spatial Awareness: Teaches proper letter sizing and word spacing.
Live Neatness Score: A 0–100 rating that gamifies progress and keeps kids coming back.
### A FULL CURRICULUM, BUILT FOR AGES 3–8
Pentle grows with your child from first scribble to classroom-ready:
1. FOUNDATIONS: Basic shapes and strokes that build fine motor control and hand-eye coordination.
2. THE ALPHABET: Complete uppercase and lowercase mastery with animated stroke-order guidance.
3. NUMBER SENSE: Write 0–9 with precision, reinforcing early math readiness.
4. WORD BUILDING: Bridge the gap from individual letters to full words — and from writing to reading.
### WHY PARENTS, TEACHERS & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS RECOMMEND PENTLE
Catches Errors Instantly: Feedback arrives the moment a stroke goes wrong, stopping habits before they start.
Progress Mastery Maps: Watch your child's grid shift from red to green, skill by skill, lesson by lesson.
Apple Pencil Optimized: Pressure sensitivity and palm rejection deliver a true pen-on-paper feel.
Left-Handed Mode: A dedicated experience designed from the ground up for left-handed learners.
Dyslexia-Friendly & Untimed: Accessible fonts and pressure-free pacing for every type of learner.
OT-Friendly Modules: Structured exercises developed alongside occupational therapists for fine motor development and recovery.
### THE SCIENCE BEHIND WRITING BY HAND
Handwriting isn't just penmanship — it's a cognitive exercise. Research shows that writing by hand accelerates letter recognition, spelling, and reading acquisition more effectively than typing in early childhood. Pentle pairs this foundational pedagogy with today's leading AI to build kindergarten readiness and lasting classroom confidence.
