Fixed bug on onboarding

Bug fixes and improvements!

This update is a fresh start for EmpOUR. Same community, a much nicer way to get into it. We’ve redesigned how you join, so setup feels like a conversation, not a form. Tell us a little about you, your path, what you’re looking for, and how you can help others. Then we’ll show you your role, your photo, and your first match. Mentorship got a full rethink too. Suggestions are more personal, easier to browse, and built around finding someone you can actually connect with. It is not just a list of names anymore. The app looks and feels cleaner throughout. Profiles now include a bio and your recent posts. Mentorship has been refreshed, and lots of small visual polish makes everything feel more like EmpOUR. If you’ve been with us already, you may be asked to complete the new setup once. We’ll fill in what we already know, so you can jump back in.

• Search and select from a much larger worldwide list of universities and educational institutions • Improved display accuracy for institution names, including international characters • Faster location search, especially when searching for cities • Smoother dropdowns, lists, and bottom sheets • General performance improvements and bug fixes

Professional Experience Improvements You can now search for and select your city when adding or editing your professional experience, making it easier to complete your profile with accurate and consistent location details. Other Improvements • Faster and smoother app launch • Your first and last name are now added to your profile when signing in with Google, Apple, or LinkedIn • Community notifications now take you directly to the relevant post • Additional bug fixes and performance improvements

Bug fixes and improved user experience !

Profile & onboarding We fixed an issue where some users were asked to re-enter their professional experience during premium setup. Users with only internship experience can now complete the premium matching flow, and the edit experience button no longer gets hidden behind the keyboard. Graduation year options also go back further now, so senior professionals can select earlier dates. Education University search now uses a larger, up-to-date list and loads more smoothly. If your college isn't listed, it's easier to continue without getting stuck. We've also added Dentistry as a field option, plus DMD and DDS degree types. General We've improved the layout on smaller iPhones, iPad and other tablets, including the landing screen.

New in version 1.0.4 This update includes improved tablet support, expanded education and experience year options, smoother premium matching onboarding, a better experience editing flow, and more reliable subscription access updates. We’ve also added Dentistry as a field of study, including DMD and DDS degree options, and expanded the university list with hundreds of additional schools.
