Fixes a bug preventing STAR from connecting to insecure coagulators.

• When sound effects are played, haptics will automatically be generated. This can be toggled from the Settings screen. • Replaced the Websocket URI field with separate fields for host, port, username and password, as well as a toggle for switching between insecure and secure Websocket connections. • The Enter Script field is now a true text editor, so pressing the return key on hardware keyboards in addition to pressing the return key on the iOS keyboard will insert a new line, and will no longer dismiss the field.
