Watch the game on any screen and call who scores the next basket. Call it early for more points, and take on your friends in a private league.
NextBucket is a second-screen app for broadcast and streamed basketball games.
While you watch the live game on the big screen (TV, laptop and so on), use the device in your hands (phone or tablet) to predict who scores the next field goal. Call it early and you score extra points.
HOW IT WORKS
A basket settles your call and opens the next window. Pick a player, and if that player scores the next basket, you are right. Call early and you earn more: +300 in the first third of the window, +200 in the second and +100 in the last. A wrong call costs 50. If play stops, your call is voided, with no penalty.
SECOND CHANCE
Once a quarter, one window becomes a Second Chance window, where you can change your call. You can also watch two short ads to earn a Second Chance, and use it to change your call in any window.
STAY IN STEP WITH YOUR TV
Broadcasts run behind the live action. Sync once by tapping as a basket goes in on your screen, and NextBucket holds back each play until your TV shows it, so nothing is given away. You earn a bonus for syncing at tip-off.
PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS
Start a private league with a short code and play against your friends or colleagues, or join a league with a code someone shares with you.

No game on? Open Practice Round, a short recorded game you can play at any hour.
There is no real money, no wagering and no prizes. Just points, bragging rights and basketball knowledge. Sign in with Apple, Google or your email.
