Strength training that adjusts to every set you log.
Import your training log and your first session starts from where you are. From then on, Povver runs the program: it sets the next weight for each lift, adds reps, schedules the deload and swaps an exercise when something gets in the way. You show up and press start.
READS YOUR TRAINING
• History import: bring a CSV export from the app you use now. Povver reads your last 12 weeks lift by lift, and your first week's weights come from your own lifts.
• Exercises you create, timed sets and distance sets go in the same log as your lifts.
RUNS THE PROGRAM
• The next weight for every lift, raised when you earn it and kept where it is until then, rounded to the weights you load.
• Hard sets per muscle, per week: ten muscle groups, each against its own range.
• Training blocks that end with an easy week, and the weekly analysis can call a deload early when fatigue runs well above your recent average.
• A full program from the coach: ask for four days of upper and lower under 70 minutes and save the plan it builds.
WORKS AROUND YOU
• Tell it about a sore shoulder once. The plans it builds keep lifts that load it out, and raises on those muscles wait.
• Swap a lift mid-session and the prescription goes with it.
• Preferences and notes stay in Memories, and the coach uses them every time it builds or changes a plan.
SUPERSETS AND CIRCUITS
Pair two lifts or run a circuit of up to eight. Log each one set by set, with rest between exercises or after the round.
PROGRESS YOU CAN CHECK
Every lift gets an estimated 1RM each week and a verdict from your own sets: climbing, maintaining or declining. A plateau is three flat weeks on your best set, not one bad day.
HOW IT DECIDES
A load moves when every working set is done, the last set ends no more than one rep harder than the target effort and you reach the top of the rep range, counting the reps you had left. One session is enough when you log RIR, two in a row without it. The step is sized from the reps you had left, up to 10% of the load (5% on isolation lifts) or one weight step on light lifts, and rounded to the weights you load.
APPLE HEALTH
Connect Apple Health and Povver reads your sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, steps, body weight and workouts, each with its own switch. Switch on “Show workouts in Apple Fitness” and every session you finish shows up there.
YOUR TRAINING, IN ANY ASSISTANT
Povver runs an MCP server. Claude, or any assistant you use, reaches your account with your permission and works on the same data the app does: every set, per-lift trends, muscle volume, routines and plans.
Your workout data is not used to train AI models. Not by us, and not by our providers.
Povver is a paid strength training app. Your first 14 days are free, with no card: logging, import, progression, analysis and the coach are all included.

Apple Health sync is fixed.
• Povver could lose its place after each Health sync and start over, and it sent the same data again. That used up your daily allowance and could leave your data half uploaded. It now remembers where it stopped.
• Deleted your Health data and turned Health back on? What Povver collects after that is now kept. A deletion that had not run yet could wipe it too.
