It gives you trusted information from real experts without all the noise and conflicting opinions. The app is easy to use, the content is helpful, and I appreciate having a place to learn about everything from hormones and nutrition to overall wellness. It’s become a great recourse when any health question or concern pops up for me. Gen is also so amazing to communicate with. She asks the right questions and points me in the right direction. This app is life changing!!
