Business owners can claim their existing listing from any unclaimed business page ("Is this your business?"). Submitting the claim form creates a pending registration which is manually reviewed and approved by us, usually within 24 hours - so the flow will not complete instantly during review. This is by design and prevents fraudulent claims on real businesses. No login is required to browse the app. All directory content is publicly visible without an account.
