The new Your Plan tab gives you a clear view of your personalised plan — your focus, your current phase, and every workout you've done or have coming up. Tap your weekly progress on the home screen to see your full stats and calendar.

Your workout level now adapts based on your input. After each new workout, we ask you how it was. Too easy? We'll move you further along. Too hard? We'll keep the previous level a bit longer. About right? We'll keep this level and progress when we think you're ready.
