HOW IT WORKS • Create a house and invite the family with a link or a code. • Add expenses in seconds: a receipt photo, a spoken line ("50 lei on fuel"), or by hand. • A long receipt? Up to 4 photos read as one receipt. • Review what Kaivro read before it is saved. Nothing is stored without your confirmation. • Any line on a receipt can be marked personal, so it stays out of the household report. • Discounts on the receipt stay discounts, not fake prices: the house total comes out exact. WHAT YOU GET • Reports that answer a question: where did the money go this month, by category, by member, by store. • Who paid what, in cash or by card, from any bank. • Your own price history: what you paid for the same product, at the same store, last month. • Insights on the report: which categories grew, which products got more expensive, what you bought for the first time. • The receipt vault: find the washing machine receipt two years later, by product name. • Works offline; syncs when you are back online. Ask in your own words, typed or spoken, and Kaivro answers from the house's expenses, with the list behind the number. RECURRING EXPENSES Rent, subscriptions, the loan instalment: set them once and Kaivro adds them on the due day, or reminds you when the amount varies. FREE AND PRO The free plan covers a house of up to 3 members and 20 AI-read receipts a month, reports for this month and the last, 3 ledger questions a month, 2 recurring expenses and receipt photos kept for 90 days. Kaivro Pro is a monthly or annual subscription per house: one member pays, the whole house benefits. It brings unlimited members, 200 receipts a month, reports over any range up to 12 months, 100 ledger questions, unlimited recurring expenses, every insight on the report and receipt photos kept for the life of the expense. Price and period are shown in the app before purchase; the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store account. Kaivro is for households, not businesses. No ads, and your data is never sold. Data is stored in the European Union; receipt photos go to the AI provider only to be read, never to train models.
