• Stories: a ring around the photo of anyone with a story to watch, a progress loader while yours uploads, and a short notice when it's published. • Home feed filter: Academy / Community and Tower, right beside the composer. • A simpler identity verification: one step per screen; for the CIE, just the CAN. • Posts: add a source or credit under each photo, and search Towers and SubTowers when you pick where to post. • Experts' posts and comments now stand out with a light gold frame. • Chat: search emojis by word, and each conversation remembers its keyboard language. • Ivory Check: if the analysis can't run, it says so and charges nothing. • Faster Briefs and chat list, and a cleaner profile. • Stability improvements.

• Ivory Space: all your posts in one place on your profile, as a grid or a list, arranged the way you like. Put photos and videos in albums, and find the posts that mention you and the ones you saved. • Tagged now includes text posts, and you choose whether everyone or only you can see it. • Briefs on every profile, as a grid or a list, with a feed filter. • A cleaner profile: long names wrap neatly and empty sections look the same everywhere. • Voting: when a vote needs identity verification, Ivory takes you straight there. • New academic Tower: Mathematics. • Promoting a Page is coming soon. • Stability improvements.

Ivory Pages: create a Page for your project, brand or community, post and reply as the Page, and switch between yourself and your Pages from your profile. Everyone gets one Page for free. Ivory Premium includes three Pages, and you can add promotion credit for a Page. A new Education Tower with its own subtowers. The tour now explains how to become an Expert, step by step. Invite links: opening one takes you to sign-up with the invite already filled in. The comment field is easier to use, and no longer covers the last comment. Search shows people before posts. Bug fixes and stability improvements.

A clearer sign-up: the Terms and the Privacy notice each have their own box, messages are clearer, and after verifying your email you are signed in right away. Your iPhone can now suggest a strong password when you create your account. If your phone number is already used by another account, the app tells you clearly. Settings shows your email as you typed it. When the Terms or the Privacy notice change, the app asks you to accept the new version. Bug fixes and stability improvements.

Privacy now lives in one section: who can see your details, your personalization and communication choices, and the privacy notices. Resetting your visibility asks first and confirms when it is done. Posts can be longer: up to 3,000 characters for thoughts and questions, 10,000 for discussions and 50,000 for articles. A text over the limit is never cut. Voice messages are stored privately and can only be played inside the chat. Tapping a notification while the app is closed now opens what it is about. Briefs: a picked video is previewed in the Brief's 9:16 frame, captions go up to 250 characters with "More" in the player, and the header is more compact. Profiles: tap someone's profile photo to see it full screen, the verified badge shows on other people's profiles, and the cover crop marks where your photo will sit. The comment field starts at three lines and grows as you type. Error messages are clearer and always in the app's language. Better contrast and Ivory colours in Ivory Check, notifications and the share sheet, plus bug fixes and stability improvements.

A "Fact-check ready" notification now opens the dossier it is about. Tapping one could end on "post not available" when the checked content came from outside Ivory. A normal post can be up to 1,000 characters. A post shows the date it was written instead of how long ago it was. In Edit Profile, "Adjust Current Crop" now opens the crop instead of the photo picker, for both the profile image and the background. When location is off, the place field explains where to turn it back on and offers a way there, and the notice clears once it works. The Check button on a post is now the same ivory it is on a Brief. On the expert application, the action buttons match the size of the button above them. The dossier history button is now labelled, not just an icon.

- Vote on new SubTowers right away: open votes appear as cards. Swipe right to vote for, left to vote against, with a few seconds to undo. Each card shows the Tower, who proposed it and the votes so far. - A SubTower now needs at least 5 voters to be approved, so small towers can't be decided by two people. - Long posts in the feed are collapsed with a "More" button. - When you register, the phone prefix is filled in from the country you pick. - Improved reliability and design.

- Add your country, postal code and phone number as private account details during registration or in account settings. Phone numbers are not verified by SMS. - A fresher Home: every refresh mixes what's new from the people and towers you follow with the best of the rest, and your new post shows right at the top. - Delete your own post from its detail screen. - A clear confirmation when your identity is verified. - Password rules shown while you type. - Photos in the feed shown whole, and shared posts no longer hide their text. - Translations offered only when needed. - Fixed a connection error that could appear on Wi-Fi. - Improved reliability and design.

Official announcements from Ivory now stand out in Home, with a label above the card, and they move down the feed on their own once you have seen them. You can withdraw a subtower proposal you started: it is removed if nobody voted, and closed with no result if people already did. Proposals now say when they are waiting for administration, and subtowers created by the community appear in your language. The owner of a subtower can ask for it to be deleted. Ivory staff review the request, and the subtower stays online for at least seven days. Briefs have a sound control, and tapping one opens it full screen. Tap again to pause, with a play button in the middle. You can share a profile with a link. It opens Ivory on that profile when the app is installed, and the person's page otherwise. Link previews show the site's own icon and a larger image. Fixed: a link opened while Ivory was closed now lands on the right screen instead of the home feed.

A cleaner, flatter look across the whole app: posts, Explore, Briefs, your profile and the story strip now share one consistent style. Towers are yours to arrange. Drag to reorder, pin the ones you follow most to the top, and mark favourites. Write now, publish later. Save a draft with its images and documents, or schedule a post to publish itself at the time you choose. Say where you are, if you want to. Add an optional place to a post, and tap it to open it in Maps. While you write, Ivory suggests which Tower and SubTower your post belongs to, and lets you join that Tower without leaving the composer. Also: see who liked a post by holding its heart, a clearer Explore with explained suggestions, and many smaller fixes.

update error managing

GIF serivce update

This version improves Ivory’s identity, privacy, and Expert application flows. Verified profile names now come from the identity document, while the @nickname is managed separately and can be updated every 6 months. Name formatting and identity verification consistency have also been improved. We’ve also added clearer privacy and security flows, including improved registration and identity verification notices, updated consent and personalization controls, better Settings for managing privacy choices, and account deletion request improvements. The Expert application process is now more transparent. Applicants can better understand how verification works, including the point-based system, approval thresholds, Academic vs Community Tower criteria, and when applications go to staff review. This update also includes general stability fixes and backend alignment.
