Bri5k is a structured Couch to 5K training program that takes you from zero running to 30 minutes of continuous running in 9 weeks. No account. No subscription. No fluff. Just run. THE PROGRAM 27 workouts across 9 weeks, 3 per week. You start with 60-second run intervals separated by walks, and progressively build until you're running 30 minutes straight. Every workout is planned — you just show up and press start. Week 1: 60-second runs with 90-second walks Week 5: Your first 20-minute continuous run Week 9: 30 minutes nonstop — that's your 5K AUDIO COACHING A voice coach calls out every interval transition so you never have to look at your phone mid-run. Paired with haptic feedback so you feel the change in your pocket or on your wrist. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Start a workout on your phone and the Watch mirrors it in real time. Or start from your Watch and the phone picks it up. Control everything with gestures — tap to pause, double-tap to skip, long-press to stop. No fumbling with tiny buttons while running. LIVE ACTIVITIES & DYNAMIC ISLAND Your current interval, countdown timer, and distance stay visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island throughout your workout. GPS & ROUTE TRACKING Every run is mapped. See your route, distance, and pace in the post-workout summary. Routes are saved to your workout history. APPLE HEALTH Workouts sync to Apple Health automatically. Distance, calories, and workout duration are saved so your rings and fitness data stay complete. Full program view – Open “View all” from the schedule to see every workout (Weeks 1–9). Start any week and day from the list. More accurate calories – Workout calories now use Apple Health when available (e.g. from your Watch) for better accuracy. Your weight from Health is used when we estimate. Heart rate in summaries – If you wore your Apple Watch, workout summaries show average and max heart rate when we have data from Health. Timer with screen lock – The workout timer now uses real time, so it stays correct when the screen locks or the app goes to the background. Watch sync – Opening the Watch app during a workout (or after starting on the phone) shows the current workout and stays in sync. Returning to the app from another screen refreshes the workout state. Halfway cue – The “halfway there” voice and haptic now play once per workout instead of repeating. Live Activity – Fixed an error that could occur when updating the Lock Screen workout activity after a workout ended.
