What NuTrace measures in every scan
1. Nutrition quality
Balances what you may want more of (like fibre and protein) against what you may want less of (like sugar, saturated fat, and sodium), using evidence-backed principles.
2. Additives
Assesses additive load by type and amount, using current research and regulatory classifications to understand the effects of this app.
3. Processing level
Places foods on the NOVA scale, from minimally processed to ultra-processed, to reflect how the product is made throughout production.
