SetFri - Stories & Audiobooks
Short Stories & Audiobooks
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
SetFri is a home for stories. Read original short stories, serials and literary classics, listen to them as audiobooks, and now step inside them with Bex, an adventure where your choices decide what happens next.
NEW: BEX, PART OF SETFRI PLUS
Pick a book and play it. Bex turns a story into an adventure you choose your way through, from psychological drama to horror to classic tales. Every choice changes where the story goes, and a book can keep you company over several nights.
PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Home keeps the story you are reading at the top, alongside the Story of the Day and new picks, so getting back to your book takes one glance.
READ
Clean, comfortable pages with text you can resize. Single stories, multi-chapter serials and timeless classics, across romance, horror, gothic, crime, dystopian, fairy tale, magical realism, literary fiction and more.
LISTEN
Play the audiobook or have a story read aloud while you read along. The player has speed control, a sleep timer and chapter navigation, and keeps playing when you leave the app.
BROWSE AND SAVE
Search by title, author or genre, and save the stories you love to your Library to come back to any time.
WORD SALAD
A daily word puzzle made from the stories themselves.
