Where Sun helps you find sunny places near any city, using the available weather forecast. Type a location, choose a forecast day, tap the sun, and the app checks nearby cities, towns, beaches, parks, nature reserves and viewpoints to show where the weather is actually worth leaving for. Grey skies. Wrong park. Sad sandwiches. We built Where Sun for exactly that moment. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose a day from the forecast strip 2. Type a city or use your current location 3. Tap the sun 4. See nearby places ranked by sunshine, weather quality and distance Each result shows the place name, weather, temperature, distance and a mini forecast, so you can decide quickly instead of opening five weather apps and bargaining with the clouds. WHAT WHERE SUN FINDS • Cities, towns and villages for easy day trips • Beaches when the coast is calling • Parks, trails, viewpoints and nature reserves • The searched location too, so you can compare home against nearby options • Cross-border country badges when a sunny result means leaving the country SMART WEATHER SCORING Where Sun does not just look for a sunny icon. It analyses cloud cover, rain probability, precipitation and severe weather alerts, then groups places into clear, simple results: Sunny, Partly Sunny or No Sun. If there is no perfect sunshine nearby, the app still shows the best available options. Sometimes the sun is playing hard to get. We still show up. NIGHT MODE Searching after sunset? Where Sun switches into night mode, shows tomorrow's forecast, looks ahead through the available forecast for the next sunny day and suggests things to do tonight while the sun is off duty. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. PRIVACY FIRST Where Sun uses your location only to find sunny spots. Location permission is optional, no account is required, and your saved places and recent searches stay on your device.
