The widget gnome learns to tell time by the sun. • The Home Screen widget now stays loyal to YOUR city — it no longer wanders off to whichever city you last peeked at in the app. • The widget scene follows the actual sun: daytime art and skies by day, night scenes after sunset — flipping right at the sunrise and sunset boundary, even if you haven't opened the app. • First run is smoother: the app waits properly for your location before revealing your town. • A little mushroom now greets you on the launch screen, and the status bar stays readable in every light. Sleep well, and mind the mushrooms.

Your gnome comes to the Home Screen. • NEW WIDGET — add a small or medium widget and your city's gnome keeps watch from your Home Screen, with the live temperature and today's sky. Long-press him to choose his backdrop. • A warmer welcome — the app now asks where you live, and opens on your own weather. • Clearer at a glance — a sturdier temperature, °F/°C shown plainly, and an "Updated just now" line so you always know how fresh the reading is. • Sunset and sunrise now tell you the time, not only the countdown. • Rain chances read consistently across every hour, and the hourly row always agrees with the conditions above it.
