- Fast: Well ahead of target pace. You can ease up.
- Ahead: Slightly ahead. Keep it comfortable.
- On pace: Best range. This is your target pace.
- Slow: Slightly behind. A small push helps.
- Behind: Behind pace. Catch up in small steps.
