This is not right and even in this new era of crooked practices, this is abhorrent. Anyone dealing with the people associated with HP Smart Printer should not do so…they are beyond unethical…

This app COULD NOT POSSIBLY be any less useful. It’s supposed to allow me to connect my HP DeskJet, but it doesn’t even provide an option to attempt that. Plus they want to charge me for having it and there’s no option to cancel the purchase that’s not supposed to be charged for three days.
