Just speak your coaching notes — AI organizes them into 3 key points + a next task. No more forgotten lessons. Share a beautiful 1-page memo with your students instantly.
CoachMemo is the coaching memo app for instructors and coaches.
Record your lesson on video, speak your coaching guidance — and let AI do the rest. CoachMemo automatically transcribes your voice, distills it into 3 key points and a next task, and generates a shareable 1-page memo image for your students.
HOW IT WORKS
1. RECORD — Film your lesson or import video from your camera roll
2. COACH — Watch the replay and speak your coaching notes aloud
3. AI SUMMARY — AI transcribes your voice and organizes it into 3 key points + next task
4. SHARE — Send the 1-page memo image via your favorite messaging app or social media
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE
Students forget what they learned after a lesson. Written notes take time. Long text messages go unread. Videos are too long to review. CoachMemo solves this by turning your spoken guidance into a concise, visual memo that students actually use.
