How LLLock works
Choose the apps you want to block – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other app. Set your timeout screen – how long each app stays unlocked after a quiz. Then pick your notecards and the number of words per quiz. That's it.
Whenever you try to open a blocked app, the vocabulary quiz appears. Solve it – and the app unlocks. Then the cycle starts again.

Create your own notecards directly in the app, let AI generate full card sets from any topic, or snap a photo of a vocabulary list – LLLock turns it into cards. Import from your favorite flashcard apps (all common formats supported) or download ready-made vocabulary lists by CEFR level (A1 to C2). With text-to-speech and AI images for your words on top.
Learn any language while you scroll less
LLLock works as a vocabulary trainer for any language. Learn Japanese with flashcards, tackle greek flashcards, start danish language learning, begin a polish language learning app journey or master the most common Spanish words. Hi! Three things that make learning easier:
Pronunciation — no more guessing at words in an unfamiliar script. Hold a solved word and you'll see how it sounds: «привет» becomes "priwjet", written in your own script, no phonetic symbols.
Look first — if you like, LLLock shows you the round's words up front as cards you can flip. Take them in calmly, then start. It takes the sting out of the first word.
Card level in the quiz — a word already sits, or turns out harder than you thought? You can change its level right in the round now, without switching over to your cards.
Also: after every update, "What's new" briefly shows you what was added. Setup now explains why LLLock asks for notifications — they're your way from the lock screen into the quiz. And a crash in the support window is fixed; sorry about that one.
