Secure Expense Receipts: Expense claim receipts are now protected by secure, temporary access links to prevent unauthorised viewing. Image Optimisation: Uploading player avatars now leverages a built-in image optimizer to improve loading speeds and save space. Public League Tables: Users viewing public match reports can now properly read the league standings. Avatar Processing Security: Added stricter validation checks to the background photo processing system to prevent unauthorised file access.

Coaches Corner and Task Management A dedicated Tasks tab has been integrated into the Coaches Corner, allowing staff to assign, track, and manage internal duties. Academy administrators now have access to specialised privacy settings for this feature, enabling them to restrict task creation to admins only or to make tasks private so staff can only see their own assigned work. To keep everyone coordinated, the system now automatically sends push notifications and optional email alerts for task assignments, completions, and deadline extension requests. AI Features and Credit Packages A major update to the AI infrastructure introduces platform-managed AI billing. Instead of academies needing to set up and supply their own third-party API keys, administrators can now easily purchase ICARIUS AI credit top-ups directly through the platform using a card or Direct Debit. These credits power the platform's AI tools, including automated fitness analysis and session plan generation, and the dashboard provides clear low-balance warnings when credits need to be replenished. Match Reports and Tactics The match report system has been refined to provide better tactical insights and readability. The lineup builder now recognizes more specific football positions, allowing for accurate visual placement of left and right center-backs. Furthermore, for all sports, the match statistics panel has been redesigned to display more prominently across the screen. Performance and Storage Optimizations Handling media is now noticeably faster and more efficient. Player photos and custom avatar uploads are automatically optimised and resized before uploading, which saves time and bandwidth. The system also introduces support for HEIC image files, making it completely seamless to upload expense receipts taken directly on iPhones. For enhanced privacy and security, sensitive documents like receipts are now protected behind secure, temporary access links.
