Here is what’s new in this update: Wall Polls: Engage your academy like never before. Admins and coaches can now create polls directly on the Wall. Whether you're voting on a training day, picking a team captain, or just gathering feedback, you can set custom options, add deadlines, and easily track responses. Smarter Matches & League Tables Private Player Feedback (fix): Coaches can now leave private, personalised match feedback that is securely visible only to the specific player and their linked guardians when viewing published match reports. Reliable League Tables: We’ve massively upgraded how we pull in league tables to ensure your standings are accurate, up-to-date, and flawlessly highlight your team. Safer Match Reports: Improved saving features mean coaches won't accidentally overwrite each other's work if they are editing a match report at the same time. We've also made importing Catapult GPS data much smoother! Better Gym Tracking & Profiles Accurate Gym Hours: We’ve fixed the way we calculate time when an independent gym check-in overlaps with a group session - no more double-counting work! Easier Player Management Refreshed Mobile View: The Player Manager is now much easier to navigate and use on your phone. Emergency Contacts: You can now securely store private emergency contact details (like guardian phone numbers and emails) for athletes without altering their main login accounts. Native Deep Linking: Links included in academy emails will now open directly inside the installed mobile app instead of the web browser. Analysis Upgrades: The AI Analysis widget has been updated to provide better context, including dated coach feedback and improved sample-size metrics. Task Privacy: Administrators can now enable "Private Tasks" so that staff members only see tasks that are assigned to them or created by them. Task Creation Limits: A new setting allows academies to restrict task creation exclusively to Academy Admins. Email Notifications: In addition to push notifications, academies can now opt to send email alerts to staff for task assignments, completions, and extension requests. Storage Management: Admins can now view their task attachment storage usage and delete old, completed task files to free up platform storage space. Smart Event Titles: When creating an event, the title will now auto-generate if left blank. Matches will automatically use the opponent's name, and training sessions will list the selected squads and groups. Non-Coaching Staff Access: Non-coaching staff (such as club secretaries) can now edit administrative details of an event, such as the date and venue, without needing full coaching permissions. Restricted Views: Restricted coaches are now properly prevented from accessing agendas, rosters, and reports for teams they are not assigned to. Accurate Notification Counts: The notification bell now accurately counts and displays all unread notifications, rather than only calculating the 20 most recent alerts. Secure Expense Receipts: Expense claim receipts are now protected by secure, temporary access links to prevent unauthorised viewing. Image Optimisation: Uploading player avatars now leverages a built-in image optimizer to improve loading speeds and save space. Public League Tables: Users viewing public match reports can now properly read the league standings. Avatar Processing Security: Added stricter validation checks to the background photo processing system to prevent unauthorised file access.

Coaches Corner and Task Management A dedicated Tasks tab has been integrated into the Coaches Corner, allowing staff to assign, track, and manage internal duties. Academy administrators now have access to specialised privacy settings for this feature, enabling them to restrict task creation to admins only or to make tasks private so staff can only see their own assigned work. To keep everyone coordinated, the system now automatically sends push notifications and optional email alerts for task assignments, completions, and deadline extension requests. AI Features and Credit Packages A major update to the AI infrastructure introduces platform-managed AI billing. Instead of academies needing to set up and supply their own third-party API keys, administrators can now easily purchase ICARIUS AI credit top-ups directly through the platform using a card or Direct Debit. These credits power the platform's AI tools, including automated fitness analysis and session plan generation, and the dashboard provides clear low-balance warnings when credits need to be replenished. Match Reports and Tactics The match report system has been refined to provide better tactical insights and readability. The lineup builder now recognizes more specific football positions, allowing for accurate visual placement of left and right center-backs. Furthermore, for all sports, the match statistics panel has been redesigned to display more prominently across the screen. Performance and Storage Optimizations Handling media is now noticeably faster and more efficient. Player photos and custom avatar uploads are automatically optimised and resized before uploading, which saves time and bandwidth. The system also introduces support for HEIC image files, making it completely seamless to upload expense receipts taken directly on iPhones. For enhanced privacy and security, sensitive documents like receipts are now protected behind secure, temporary access links.
