FastScrobbler is a lightweight scrobbler for the Apple Music app that sends what you’re listening to Last.fm and ListenBrainz, quickly and reliably.
Connect your Last.fm or ListenBrainz account, start playing music, and FastScrobbler will:
- Update your live Now Playing status as soon as playback is detected
- Auto-scrobble once you’ve listened long enough
- Recover missed plays with best-effort history import

edit 8/29: it’s been added .. thank u so much !! :Di wish you could add a custom timeframe as to when scrobbles are automatically imported from the listening history😔because there are some random scrobbles from a day or two prior that duplicated and i cant check exactly how much duplicates there are just from the app itself because the menu only showcases a minimal amount!

Really a fantastic app that is simple and usually “just works”. That is to say, after several months of usage, it’s been just about flawless and does a great job of catching songs that maybe the app wasn’t “alive for.”However, in the past few weeks, it has basically missed almost all of my listening history and has had limited success in pulling the Apple Music listening history like it used to. I figure there are back end changes with the upcoming/recent release iOS 27 but it’s worth noting that like all of these apps, you really have to babysit it to make sure you’re catching everything.

I had almost given up after trying multiple apps for scrobbling Apple Music that didn’t work at all. This one works fantastically!! The extra features unlocked with pro are quite nice at all and I’m happy to support an app that actually works.

I genuinely don’t mean this to be rude to either party but it’s kind of insane that this works 50x better than the actual lastfm app. This one is smooth and easy to use and doesn’t crash and also records listenings of songs I don’t have saved
