I heard about Zolia from a post on the CFS reddit when early access first started. Spent about 2 months using as-is with minor tweaks and found that I could be consistent enough with it that I took the plunge to personalize it more. Will this wreck 2 months of data? A bit. But the ability to- customize- have holistic tracking is worth itBeing able to track weather, AQI, exercise, diet, symptoms, blood pressure, and mental health in one place…life changing. Everything has its own app and while Zolia does require manual setup and input at this point, just getting over that hurdle has made symptom management so much easier.I look forward to updating this to 5 stars!Pain Points (for me):- initial setup - worth it, and flexible. Do not recommend trying to set everything up at once. Ability to edit per session for future sessions makes pacing easier. - would potentially be easier to set up on larger screen w/ mouse and keyboard- changing time - clicking on the emoji icon to change time is difficult on smaller screens. need to test on iPad.Current Setup:4 session types - input, output, baseline, outliers. Will be adding “environmental” session type shortly to analyze further factors. iPhone 13 mini
Thanks for the review.I really appreciate you taking the time to write out such a detailed breakdown, especially since I know the setup process is a headache. It's great to hear that once you got past that hurdle, having everything in one place actually helped. Thanks for calling out the UI issues, too. Trying to tap tiny buttons on a mini screen is frustrating, and we definitely need to make that easier. Thanks for sticking with us since early access. We'll work on earning that 5th star. And you can always feel free to reach out to us anytime hello@zolia.app with feedback or concerns.Best,Christine
