‣ Create your own pattern with Custom Breath Timing (inhale, hold, exhale, hold).
‣ Choose session goals by cycles or by time.
‣ Use background melodies and breathing tones with separate volume controls.
‣ Track your progress in Diary (session type, duration, cycles, sounds).
‣ Sync sessions to Apple Health.
