The app doesn’t work

I have used the app for maybe about a month and for some reason I don’t meet the requirements to get the cash advance. I have an active bank account. I have regular deposit from my employer. My account is not overdrafted. I was going to close my account, but they offered me another month for free so I kept my account for the last two weeks or so every other day, I would go to see if I was approved and I’m not. I really feel like this app. Just want your money for the subscription, but they don’t follow through with giving an advance.

Waiting a couple days til payday, seems like a cool app but I wasn’t approved… doesn’t make sense to wait until someone already has money in their account lol reason why I was trying to apply. Account wasnt even negative
