Purr is a notes app that lives on the edge of your screen. Click the thin bar on the side, or the icon in your menu bar, and your notes slide in. Click away and they slide out. Purr stays out of your way until you need it, even over full-screen apps. CAPTURE IN ONE KEYSTROKE Press ⌘⇧Space in any app. Type your thought, pick a folder and press ⌘↩. You never leave what you were doing. MARKDOWN THAT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL Write in plain Markdown and watch it render as you type: headings, bold, quotes, code blocks, images and math. No preview pane, no mode switch. TASKS FROM YOUR NOTES Type "- [ ]" anywhere and it becomes a task. Purr collects every open task from every note in one Tasks view, grouped and ready to check off. CONNECTED NOTES Link notes with [[wiki links]] and jump between ideas. Organize everything with spaces, folders and #tags. VOICE NOTES Record a voice note and Purr transcribes it on your Mac. No audio leaves your computer. FRIDA: PRIVATE AI ON YOUR MAC Frida is an optional AI assistant that runs fully on-device. Ask questions across all your notes and get answers with sources. Summarize long notes and pull out to-dos from meetings. Frida works offline, and your notes are never sent to an AI server. MAKE IT YOURS Pick from many hand-tuned themes, light and dark. Choose your fonts, your panel side and your shortcuts. SYNC AND EXPORT Your notes sync across your Macs with your own iCloud account.
