You open the app, say what's on your mind, and Brukas helps you cut through the noise. Not by planning your whole day, but by asking the right questions until you're clear on one thing. Then a timer starts and Brukas gets out of your way.
WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone who gets stuck before they start. Too many tabs, too much noise, a mind pulled in ten directions at once. It works especially well if you have ADHD, but it's built for anyone the modern world keeps distracting.
WHAT BRUKAS DOES
- Helps you figure out what to work on right now
- Starts a timer once you're clear: Pomodoro, Power Hour, Stopwatch, or any length you name
- Remembers your recent sessions so you pick up where you left off
- Talks like a person, not an app: brief, direct, occasionally funny
WHAT BRUKAS DOESN'T DO
- No streaks, badges, or gamification.
- No ambient sounds, breathing exercises, or meditation.
- No sitting at your table telling you how great you're doing.
BUILT FOR STARTING
Brukas isn't doing the work for you. It does what a good friend does when you're stuck: keeps asking small questions until the first step is obvious. Then it goes quiet and lets you work.
TIMER MODES
- Pomodoro: 30-minute focus blocks for quick tasks
- Power Hour: 60-minute deep work sessions
- Stopwatch: open-ended for exploration and brainstorming
- Custom: name any length. Say "45 minutes" and Brukas starts it.
Brukas is free to download. AI coaching requires a free account. Brukas Pro unlocks unlimited daily coaching, your full history, and cloud sync.
