• If a phone call, Siri, or another app interrupts your recording, PatientNotes now keeps trying to restart the recording instead of stopping. In our testing it recovered within seconds, without needing you to unlock your phone or open the app. • Previously, an interruption while the app was in the background could quietly stop the recording until you next opened the app — meaning the rest of the visit was not captured. That is what this release fixes. • Notes no longer occasionally repeat a sentence from the consultation. • Fewer duplicate notifications when a recording is interrupted.

See your recording on the lock screen. • While a session is recording, PatientNotes now shows a live card on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island — with a running timer and a count of the audio safely uploaded, so you can confirm at a glance that the session is still capturing without unlocking your phone. • If a call or Siri interrupts recording, the card changes to "Paused — tap to resume". Tapping it opens the app and picks the session straight back up. • The card shows status only and never any part of the consultation, so nothing from the visit is visible on a locked screen.
