Before your latest “improvement” I’d have given you 4-5 stars. I was sorry that you lost a few of my favorites, but didn’t blame that on you. The recent change, however has made it harder to find my favorites as they become available. Give me back my library please.

After a decade of Readly, I thought originally that this was a belated April Fools. But I soon learned that it isn’t a spoof of the Readly I have loved but the new site. After all the press releases we were to expect a better that ever product with many new editions. That is not to be, we are now shown a new site with many omissions and only memories of what there was. I can’t recommend the new site but if it survives a year I make check back to see what they have become. Oh and there new email address for costumer service hasn’t answered enquiries going on 2 weeks. And it appears they are not currently processing cancellations. For humor, I have noticed that with a little prodding, AI is giving out a not very attractive picture of the new site.

Wow, I am shocked at just how bad this new app is, after the purchase by another company. Everything I loved about Readly is sadly gone. The magazine covers (of what is left) are teeny tiny. It no longer tells you how many of your chosen magazines have added new issues. The catalogue feature is not working so you can’t even see what magazines are available. There is a lot of really old content but where is the new? Definitely not worth the price anymore. So unhappy that most of the content I enjoyed seems to be no longer available. And customer service does not respond to emails. Bad all around.

Was looking forward to seeing the new update as have been a long term subscriber and user. However, this so called improved version is a disaster compared to the original. A perfect example of over-engineering and not taking into account the experience of the end-user. Much harder to navigate and as a result a pain in the backside setting up the app the way I enjoyed it before. Would suggest your development team step back and think about what made the app good to use in the first place. To the actual users - don’t update if you can. Am going to look into alternative subscriptions right after posting this. FFS.
