Turn your Apple Health data into one simple number.
KarmaSync analyzes your daily activity, sleep, and heart metrics to generate a daily Karma Score (0–100) that helps you understand how your day is going at a glance.
How it works
Your Karma Score is calculated using your Apple Health data and your personal goals:
• Steps (60%)
• Active Energy (15%)
• HRV & Resting Heart Rate (10%)
• Sleep (15%)
If some data is unavailable, the remaining metrics are automatically rebalanced — you are never penalized for missing sensors.
