FIELD TOOLS FOR SERVICE TEAMS Assigned Routes & Schedules View daily service assignments and customer details provided by your company. Proof of Service Documentation Capture time- and date-stamped photos of completed work and log chemical readings such as pH and chlorine levels. Real-Time Data Sync Service data, photos, readings, notes, and materials used are synced instantly to the EZ Pool Biller platform. Inventory & Parts Logging Record chemicals and parts used at each service stop to support inventory tracking and reporting. On-Site Job Details Access gate codes, equipment history, and customer-specific instructions while in the field. Time Tracking Clock in and out of service stops to support accurate labor reporting. SUPPORTING BUSINESS OPERATIONS Data collected in the field supports the EZ Pool Biller platform, enabling: Customer billing Inventory management Payroll reporting Business analytics Professional customer communications Important Information EZ Pool Biller is a companion app for the EZ Pool Biller business platform.
