You can now edit or delete activities more easily: Update dates, times, task lists, time estimates, color-coding, and notes as plans change, or permanently remove activities you no longer need to keep your schedule accurate and clutter-free. Simply tap the card you want to edit or delete.

Smarter Time Estimates for Tasks: Tasks in your activities can now receive AI-suggested time estimates. We’ll recommend how many minutes each task might take and display a total time for the activity, helping you plan your day better. You can still edit any estimate whenever you want. See Tasks & Time Right in Your Schedule: You can now expand activities in your Schedule to see their tasks and time estimates: - Expand an activity to see all its tasks and their times - View the total time for that activity at a glance - If there are no tasks yet, we’ll clearly show that instead of an empty space Reorder “Anytime” Activities: On the Today view, you can now drag and reorder “Anytime” activities. This helps you quickly move your most important flexible activities to the top of your day. Cleaner Checkboxes: We’ve tidied up the alignment and tap area of checkboxes so marking things complete feels smoother and more consistent. Clearer Language Across the App: We refreshed various labels and messages to be clearer and easier to understand—no feature changes, just a better reading experience. Better Behavior for “Anytime” Series: We improved the behind-the-scenes logic for “Anytime” activity series, so they behave more consistently now and support smarter scheduling improvements coming soon.
